Our carefully trained coaches keep the session focused on your unique goals while fostering an environment that challenges both of you to excel.

With a maximum of four participants, our group training sessions ensure you still get personal attention from your coach—along with the camaraderie, motivation, and team spirit that makes every workout a blast.

 Our semi-private training pairs one coach with two clients. This setup guarantees highly personalized attention while fostering a supportive, partner-like dynamic. 


 We cap our group training sessions at four participants per coach. This ensures everyone receives meaningful coaching and technique guidance, while still enjoying that fun, energetic group atmosphere. 


 Our coaching team is trained to deliver effective small-group and semi-private sessions. We prioritize quality over quantity, so each coach follows a structured protocol to give every client targeted guidance, whether you’re in a duo or a group of four. 


 Absolutely. We do have one-on-one sessions available on a limited basis. This option is ideal for individuals with very specific goals, special conditions, or a preference for complete privacy.
