DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is mild to moderate soreness felt 24–72 hours after exercise. It's completely normal, especially if you’re new to training or trying new movements. This soreness occurs as your muscles repair and grow stronger. To reduce soreness, stretch, stay hydrated, and keep moving with light activities.
You’ll receive a personalized workout plan, progress tracking, accountability, and ongoing support to help build consistency and results.
